Constantinos Charakis is a lawyer and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 1998. He graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (LLB) and also holds a degree in Journalism from IEK Omiros.

Throughout his professional career, he has collaborated with leading law firms in both Greece and Cyprus. Since 1998, he has been actively involved in Greece, providing specialised legal services in relation to investment projects and land development matters.

In 2013, he founded the pioneering interdisciplinary “one-stop shop” team, Castproservices, which he leads and coordinates as Legal Advisor. Through this initiative, he provides comprehensive legal, technical, tax and consulting services aimed at safeguarding investors’ interests and ensuring the successful implementation of investment strategies and development projects.

He has also participated in interdisciplinary research programmes, including “Antisocial Behaviour of Youth in Cyprus – Legal Aspect” (Ant. N. Sakkoulas Legal Publications, 2005) and “NAUTOTHORAX”, a programme focused on the legal protection of the Cypriot shipping industry, conducted in collaboration with the Frederick Institute of Technology and the University of Greenwich.

Since 2026, he has been a member of A.G. FRANGOS & CO LLC, serving as Head of Investment & Legal Advisory (I.L.A.), where he coordinates all legal matters relating to the comprehensive interdisciplinary support of complex investment and development projects in Greece and Cyprus.
