Andreas Frangos
Andreas Frangos was born in Limassol, Cyprus on July 16, 1975. Following his military service in the Special Forces of the Cyprus Army, Green Berets, he studied Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where he obtained his Law degree (LLB). During his university years was elected as President of the National Cypriot Students’ Union of Athens (ΕΦΕΚ). He later pursued his postgraduate degree, Master of Laws (LLM), from Kingston University of London, in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Andreas Frangos holds the title of Barrister at Law, member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn of London and member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is also a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and the Bar of England and Wales. He is one of the first, Licenced Insolvency Practitioners in Cyprus. Andreas founded in 2010 his own law firm A. G. Frangos & Co LLC in Limassol. He is also a founding member of the Cyprus Arbitration Forum. He has been appointed in 2016, by the President of the Republic of Cyprus as Chairman of the Board of the Cyprus Land Development Corporation. In January of 2019 the President of the Republic, appointed Mr. Frangos as Chairman of the Board of the National, public TV and Radio, the Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation (CYBC). In 2020 Andreas unanimously elected as Member of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Employers & Industrialists Federation (OEB). The current President apointed in 2024 Mr. Frangos as Chairman of the Board of the Cyprus National News Agency, an office he currently holds. Is married to Polina Neophytou and blessed with three sons and one daughter, George, Christophoros, Alexios – Vasileios and Veronica.
Constantinos Charakis
Constantinos Charakis is a lawyer and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 1998. He graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (LLB) and also holds a degree in Journalism from IEK Omiros. Throughout his professional career, he has collaborated with leading law firms in both Greece and Cyprus. Since 1998, he has been actively involved in Greece, providing specialised legal services in relation to investment projects and land development matters. In 2013, he founded the pioneering interdisciplinary “one-stop shop” team, Castproservices, which he leads and coordinates as Legal Advisor. Through this initiative, he provides comprehensive legal, technical, tax and consulting services aimed at safeguarding investors’ interests and ensuring the successful implementation of investment strategies and development projects. He has also participated in interdisciplinary research programmes, including “Antisocial Behaviour of Youth in Cyprus – Legal Aspect” (Ant. N. Sakkoulas Legal Publications, 2005) and “NAUTOTHORAX”, a programme focused on the legal protection of the Cypriot shipping industry, conducted in collaboration with the Frederick Institute of Technology and the University of Greenwich. Since 2026, he has been a member of A.G. FRANGOS & CO LLC, serving as Head of Investment & Legal Advisory (I.L.A.), where he coordinates all legal matters relating to the comprehensive interdisciplinary support of complex investment and development projects in Greece and Cyprus.
Anastasia Ioannou
Anastasia Ioannou was born in Larnaca, Cyprus. She graduated in Law from Kingston University London in 2013 and obtained her L.L.M. in Healthcare Law and Ethics, at the University of Manchester in 2019. She holds also a Degree in Philosophy, Education and Psychologist from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens from 2010. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2014.
Maria Zomeni
Maria Zomeni was born in Limassol, Cyprus. She pursued her legal studies at Leeds Metropolitan University between 2007 and 2010 and subsequently continued her education at the European University Cyprus, where she successfully completed her law degree in 2012. She has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2013. She practices in a wide range of legal areas, including civil, criminal and family law, as well as real estate, inheritance and rent control matters. Her professional experience includes the drafting and review of legal agreements, the provision of legal advice, and the representation of clients in consultations, negotiations and court proceedings.
Katerina Chambiaouri
Katerina Champiaouri serves as Head Corporate Administrator at A.G. FRANGOS & CO LLC, overseeing the firm’s corporate administration and client support operations. She is responsible for coordinating corporate procedures, compliance matters, regulatory filings, and day-to-day administrative functions. She works closely with the firm’s legal and corporate departments, assisting local and international clients with company maintenance, due diligence procedures, and corporate support services, while ensuring efficient and professional client service.
Rodothea Thrasivoulou
Rodothea Thrasivoulou serves as Office Administrator at A.G. FRANGOS & CO LLC, supporting the firm’s daily operations and ensuring the efficient coordination of administrative and client service matters. She is responsible for managing office administration, coordinating communications, assisting with client support, and maintaining the smooth operation of the firm’s day-to-day activities. Her organisational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail contribute to the firm’s efficient and client-focused working environment.
