Maria Zomeni was born in Limassol, Cyprus. She pursued her legal studies at Leeds Metropolitan University between 2007 and 2010 and subsequently continued her education at the European University Cyprus, where she successfully completed her law degree in 2012. She has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2013.

She practices in a wide range of legal areas, including civil, criminal and family law, as well as real estate, inheritance and rent control matters. Her professional experience includes the drafting and review of legal agreements, the provision of legal advice, and the representation of clients in consultations, negotiations and court proceedings.
